Fantastic customer experience! I ordered a Hori Racing Wheel Overdrive for Xbox One that was out of stock everywhere else. I made the purchase on Thursday, expecting it to arrive by Tuesday, but it showed up early on Monday afternoon!

I placed an order for 2 PS5 consoles with this company. Today, just 2 days before the PS5 launch, I got an email saying they need to cancel one of my orders because of Sony’s rules, which I get. But I gotta say, if you’re thinking about buying from them, just know it’s a small outfit, so they’re pretty disorganized and there’s gonna be a big lack of clarity between you and them. I’m not exactly thrilled about missing out on a console and now I’ll probably be waiting days for my refund. They really should’ve let me know about this weeks ago, like right after I ordered both consoles. I’m not sure how reliable they’ll be with my remaining order, but for anyone considering a purchase here, just be prepared for some chaos and tough communication. I can’t say if they’re a scam or not, since if they were, they would’ve just taken my cash and disappeared.

This is a scam. They took my money and then canceled my order. The customer service is awful, and there's a complete absence of skill. Honestly, giving them 1 star feels too kind.

Got a reply within an hour guaranteeing it would arrive on Tuesday.
